Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 8+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance is required.
• Expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies and Industry 4.0.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing operations and issue diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for high productivity.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers with technical guidance.
• Collaborate with R&D to ensure manufacturability of new products.
