Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Double Eagle Manager to lead a cross‑disciplinary team across Operations and Engineering. The role involves coordinating recruitment, training, performance, and salary decisions while aligning with program goals and budgets.

The manager will collaborate with chief engineers and team leads to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance, ensuring compliance with QAP and EVM processes, and presenting updates to senior leadership and customers.

• Excellent interpersonal communication and formal presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review Ops and Engineering costs, schedules and technical performance to meet contractual goals.
• Direct, coordinate and exercise functional authority for end-to-end completion of engineering projects.
• Identify program risks and opportunities and participate in Risk and Opportunity Management Board.
• Lead the team to drive change and implement plans to achieve program goals.
• Prepare, participate in and present at PMO and customer management forums including Program Management Reviews.
