Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a component engineer.
• Knowledge of component selection, qualification, screening and derating for military and aerospace.
• Familiar with management of new part requests and part attributes in PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical representative with customers to define testing/qualification requirements for EEE parts.
• Lead high-reliability EEE parts selection, qualification, and verification on a growing team.
• Develop a roadmap for state-of-the-art components with engineering design for product upgrades.
• Review customer documents and align needs with product lines.
• Evaluate components for compliance to EEE-INST-002, AEC, TOR, JEDEC, and others.
• Prepare NSARs, SCDs, and support risk mitigation and program contracts.
