Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking an Associate General Counsel for the Space & Defense Group, located in Buffalo, NY, with a hybrid work model and on-site at East Aurora when needed.

You will provide full legal support to SDG, report to the General Counsel, and help translate complex regulatory considerations into practical options for growth and risk mitigation. The role requires a JD, bar admission, at least 10 years of legal experience including 5+ in-house, and proven ability to negotiate major

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school with active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with >5 years in a senior in-house role at a large corporation or law firm.
• Ability to develop and implement effective legal/business strategies and partnerships.
• Proven track record of working with stakeholders to resolve matters and implement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal support and advise on compliance with relevant laws and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement business and legal strategies.
