Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support the Space & Defense Group from our Buffalo, NY campus in a hybrid schedule.

You will lead full lifecycle recruiting for highly technical roles, partnering with hiring managers, leveraging Workday and top sourcing tools, and guiding candidates through screening, interviewing, and offers. The role focuses on volume, complexity, and strategic stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing full life cycle technical recruiting.
• Experience with Workday or similar applicant tracking system.
• Strong sourcing skills; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills for relationship building and influencing stakeholders.
• Proven success in a manufacturing high-volume recruiting environment.

Responsibilities

• Typically manage 16–22 requisitions; varies by level and urgency.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define position requirements and sourcing strategy.
• Initiate creative approaches to identify difficult-to-find candidates.
• Screen candidates that meet minimum qualifications.
• Provide updates to the hiring team and stakeholders.
• Extend offers to candidates.
• Stay informed on business updates and hiring priorities.
