Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Modeling and Simulation Engineer to develop, modify, and run high-fidelity simulations of space-related Command and Control programs to inform wargaming and force design for the United States Space Force.

You will build tools and scripts in Python, MATLAB, and AF SIM, analyze outputs, and collaborate with Space Domain Awareness, Satellite Communications, and Orbital Warfare experts to craft detailed operational scenarios and vignettes that reveal C2

Qualifications

3+ years using advanced analytical tools such as Python, MATLAB, or AFSIM.
3+ years in Space-Based C2 operations, Tactics, Techniques and Procedures, or Operational Mission Planning.
Experience in Space operations like Orbital Warfare, Space Domain Awareness, Missile Warning, or Satellite Communications.
Experience developing MOEs, MOPs, and analytic frameworks for simulation activities.
Experience building adaptable software prototypes to construct operational scenarios.

Responsibilities

Develop, modify, and run high-fidelity simulations of space-related C2 programs.
Identify elements of C2 architecture and apply analytical methods using Python, MATLAB, or AFSIM.
Develop tools and features to improve scenario generation, data analysis, and simulation capability.
Analyze USSF designs and requirements, tracking model strengths and limitations.
Collaborate with Space Domain Awareness, Satellite Communications, and Orbital Warfare experts.
