Job summary

Zillow Group is seeking a highly skilled Business SOX Compliance Manager to lead SOX control design and execution. This role partners with business stakeholders to implement scalable controls and remediate gaps across critical processes.

You will support audits, drive remediation plans, and ensure adherence to PCAOB and SEC requirements. Remote-US position with responsibilities spanning design, implementation, testing, and coordination with internal and external audit teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SOX business process control design, implementation, assessment.
• Strong knowledge of SOX requirements for business processes and IT components.
• COSO, PCAOB, SEC reporting, and U.S. GAAP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to assess impacts to SOX controls.
• Serve as SME to create processes meeting SOX requirements and scale with growth.
• Design and implement controls for high‑risk areas, end‑to‑end projects.
• Identify gaps in internal controls and drive remediation with owners.
• Coordinate with IT compliance and audit teams for alignment and testing.
