Complify AI is transforming SOX compliance with AI, and we are seeking a client-facing professional to join our fast-growing startup backed by Silicon Valley investors. You’ll work directly with CFOs, CAEs, and audit leaders at public companies to streamline control testing, documentation, and evidence gathering through our AI Agents.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SOX, audit, or compliance (Big 4, consulting, or internal audit preferred).
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, COSO, and financial reporting risks.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver projects on time and budget.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Curiosity and excitement to use AI to transform how audits are done.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple SOX engagements from scoping through testing and reporting with AI Agents
• Manage client relationships and partner with our AI engineers on control design and remediation
• Mentor and guide junior team members on audit and compliance delivery
• Contribute client insights to help shape Complify’s product roadmap
