Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD degree in Economics, Finance/Risk, or another relevant field.
• Excellent manager and leader with ability to plan and organize a team to deliver high‑quality work under time pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for Senior Management and the Board.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sovereign Risk Team and oversee the country risk rating work.
• Ensure robust methodologies and consistent application of rating processes.
• Monitor global and regional development trends affecting country risks and conduct stress tests.
• Prepare high‑quality briefings for Senior Management and develop dashboards and tools.
