Highgate Hotels' Royal Lahaina Resort in Lahaina, HI seeks a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, eye appeal and proper food cost. You will train staff, uphold corporate standards, and enforce recipes, sanitation and portion control while maximizing guest satisfaction.

We require strong leadership, kitchen experience in a hotel environment, and ability to manage multiple stations and deadlines.

Qualifications

• The Sous Chef oversees kitchen prep and quality, maintaining standards and sanitation.
• Liaises with F&B leadership to meet cost and guest satisfaction targets.

Responsabilités

• Oversee cooks and stewards.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Manage food and labor costs while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Train staff and enforce recipes, portion sizes and sanitation.
• Coordinate with other F&B managers on promotions and SOPs.
• Attend hotel meetings and trainings; participate in MOD coverage.
