Job summary

Aman Group Sarl is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to support the Executive Sous Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences in a luxury hotel setting. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, mentor staff, and ensure top-tier food quality and presentation across international and local cuisines.

The role focuses on cost control, HACCP compliance, menu development, and training a high-performing team within an ultra-luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or professional qualification in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining establishment.
• Strong knowledge of international and local cuisines; HACCP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
• Supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and portion control; ensure hygiene and safety compliance.
• Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal promotions.
• Train, coach, and develop culinary team members; monitor costs.
