Qualifications

• Experience in supervising dining teams and food production.

• Ability to monitor food costs and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food production and presentation
• Support supervision and coaching of dining team members
• Ensure proper portioning, plating, and therapeutic diet compliance
• Monitor food costs, purchasing, and inventory controls
• Maintain accurate production sheets and temperature logs
• Enforce HACCP and food safety standards
• Support special events, banquets, and catering
• Engage with residents to monitor satisfaction
