You will lead production, mentor cooks, and ensure exceptional food experiences in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen.

Working with the Executive Chef, you will oversee menu execution, cost control, food safety, and hospitality standards while nurturing a positive team culture and delivering memorable guest

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day culinary operation with Executive Chef.
• Lead food preparation, production, and presentation for conferences and events.
• Supervise and develop kitchen staff.
• Assist with menu development and seasonal offerings.
• Help manage food and labor costs while maintaining standards.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, and product ordering.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Contribute to new culinary programs and initiatives.
