Job summary

At Home is seeking a Senior Manager of Sourcing to serve as the liaison between Buyers and agents/factories. You will partner with the Sr. Director of Sourcing to develop sourcing strategies by category and drive margin savings through cost negotiations.

You will lead the Product Partner Matrix, analyze the Partner Scorecard data, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business needs. Travel internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of international sourcing/buying in home goods with agents/factories.
• Strong analytical, negotiating and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel internationally and domestically.
• Experience with US/European retail model is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Partner Matrix process.
• Analyze data and make recommendations to grow/maintain/decline.
• Partner with Sr Director and cross-functional teams to align matrix to business needs.
• Identify gaps and present recommendations to fill.
• Negotiate costs during development; manage supplier performance.
• Plan international development trips and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop talent and build relationships with vendors and internal teams.
