Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist (STARSHIP) in Starbase, TX to lead capital and construction procurement, develop sourcing strategies, and partner with internal stakeholders to optimize cost, delivery, and quality.

You will draft and negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, and drive cost reduction programs across complex projects while traveling up to 50% and supporting fast-moving milestones.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 1+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Experience in contract negotiation and managing capital or construction procurements.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work onsite in Starbase, TX.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic sourcing models to optimize value and reduce costs while meeting delivery targets.
