Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $75.00/hr

We’re looking for a results-driven Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support technical and capital procurement efforts across large-scale projects. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to develop RFPs, conduct bid evaluations, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and has strong commercial and technical acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop technical bid packages with internal stakeholders
• Prepare commercial service-level terms for suppliers
• Draft and issue RFPs (technical and commercial)
• Conduct and support internal and supplier pre-bid meetings
• Respond to supplier RFIs
• Create technical and commercial bid evaluations
• Negotiate proposals with vendors
• Coordinate with legal on contract terms and compliance
• Finalize framework and project-specific agreements
• Follow up with suppliers post-award to ensure contract adherence

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience
• Strong knowledge of RFP processes and contract negotiation
• Experience with ERP systems and sourcing tools
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
