Job Title: Contracts & Sourcing Specialist V

Location: Remote

Duration: 9 Month(s)

Pay Range : $55/hr – $61/hr on W2 (without any benefits)

About the Role:

  • The Contracts & Sourcing Specialist is responsible for managing high volumes of commercial contracts across various departments.
  • This role includes preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and administering purchasing agreements with suppliers to support company operations.
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial contracts and procurement agreements.
  • Ensure contract compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with procurement, legal, and business stakeholders to support purchasing and sourcing activities.
  • Manage contract modifications, renewals, and amendments.
  • Provide advice and guidance on contractual rights and obligations.
  • Navigate contract lifecycle management systems for execution and tracking.
  • Support development of contract standards, templates, and guidelines.
  • Handle high volumes of contracts simultaneously, balancing priorities efficiently.
  • Work across business units, particularly on marketing and professional services agreements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in contract management and procurement, ideally in a large or fast-paced organization.
  • Strong background in drafting and negotiating commercial and buy-side agreements.
  • Proficiency with contract management systems and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with legal counsel and multiple business stakeholders.
  • Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and regulatory considerations in contract language.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing legal documents and procurement activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with professional services contracting.
  • Familiarity with working cross-functionally with legal, finance, and sourcing teams.
  • Experience in high-volume procurement projects (e.g., software, hardware, or marketing services).
  • Knowledge of in-house or customized contract management systems.
