You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize performance and support revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing program structures, delivering training, driving contract utilization, and tracking outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in healthcare supply chain, sourcing, or project/program management preferred.
• Experience in a client-facing environment.
• Strong contract adherence, negotiation and management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with data analysis or reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage program structures, processes, and procedures to achieve defined objectives.
• Develop and deliver promotional materials and training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support contracting teams to drive contract utilization and onboard clients into programs.
• Identify client and supplier targets through research and outreach to expand program participation.
• Address client and supplier inquiries, issues, and ad hoc requests.
• Coordinate and participate in business reviews with key stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership to support councils or panels that inform program strategies and decisions.
• Establish and track program success metrics and key deliverables.
• Monitor program performance including participation, utilization, and financial outcomes.
• Provide operational support for sales opportunities and communicate program impacts to stakeholders.
