Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to embed with a client's enterprise and drive AI platform deployments that deliver real business value. You will own outcomes such as time-to-value, reliability, and scalability across multiple workstreams, guiding teams and translating platform capability into measurable ROI.

You will bring 8+ years of engineering leadership, cloud-native experience, and deep knowledge of AI platforms to architect, implement, and govern end-to-end AI solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems, APIs, microservices, containers, and serverless.
• Minimum 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production environments.
• Minimum 3 years of deep expertise with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, or open-source models).
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading software engineering teams and delivering outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments and platforms.
• Own programme-level delivery outcomes including time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, and scalability.
• Lead rapid experimentation to turn business problems into production systems quickly.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across identity, data, security, and integration at scale.
• Define AI-enabled procurement strategies and publish reusable blueprints for scaling.
