Archer, collaborating with Accenture, seeks a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work inside client environments, delivering production AI platforms and scalable procurement AI solutions. You will own outcomes like time-to-value, adoption, reliability, and scalability, and partner with CTOs, CFOs, CISOs on AI-driven procurement transformation.

You should have a strong track record in cloud-native systems, AI platforms, and delivering enterprise-grade AI across multi-stakeholder settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems, APIs, microservices, containerization, and serverless architectures.
• Minimum of 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows) in production environments.
• Minimum of 3 years of deep expertise with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, or open-source models).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex multi-stakeholder client environments, owning architecture through adoption.
• Own programme-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, scalability across workstreams.
• Lead rapid experimentation to translate business problems into production systems in days or weeks.
• Architect and govern AI solutions across identity, data, security, governance, platform layer, and multi-system workflows.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy for client executives and procurement leaders, aligning cost-out objectives with scalable AI architectures.
• Define and publish reusable reinvention blueprints, patterns, and accelerators for multiple engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions, executive workshops, and code-with sessions with client teams.
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards to grow the FDE practice.
• Design and deploy AI-powered procurement solutions including autonomous sourcing agents and spend analytics.
• Translate procurement requirements into scalable AI architectures and production-ready workflows.
