Ahold Delhaize USA, a division of the global food retailer, leads the PB Sourcing team responsible for reviewing and assessing ADUSA Private Brand COGS of about $4B annually.

The role oversees negotiations, contracts, and cost savings programs, guiding a team across cross-functional partners including supply chain, finance, and economists, with a hybrid work model (3 in-person days in Quincy, MA and 2 remote days).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of related sourcing, negotiating, category, & vendor management experience.
• Experience with buying alliances required.
• Independent interaction with senior leadership levels across an organization.
• Project Management/Facilitation and Change Management.
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex sourcing categories and mentor others on best practices.
• Partner with Private Brands Pod and Category teams to drive scale and value.
• Monitor market trends and advise on contract implications and events.
• Negotiate supplier costs and performance metrics.
• Plan and execute RFPs and oversee analysts.
