Leads the PB Sourcing team responsible for reviewing & assessing ADUSA PB COGS of approx. $4B/annually. Responsible for determining the appropriate avenue to achieve optimal value (quality, supply, and cost) through negotiation for Private Brands category assortment. Responsible for delivering all corporate wide Private Brands COGs and savings budget planning and execution. Ensures Center Store Category Go to Market Strategy is achieved leveraging size and scale for ADUSA. Accountable for leading a team responsible for driving connectivity across Private Brands Category Development Managers and Center Store Category Teams for all ADUSA brands, and internal & external partners (including suppliers, Supply Chain, Finance, Economists, Product Excellence).
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Quincy, MA.

IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $139,120 - $208,680
