ŌURA in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end category strategy for silicon and electrical components, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive resilient, cost-optimized sourcing. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days in the SF office and travel up to 25%.

You will negotiate terms, manage supplier performance, and align roadmaps with our hardware strategy as part of a fast-growing team.

Formación

• 5+ years in PCB/PCBA/SiP sourcing or procurement.
• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven experience negotiating commercials and understanding should-cost.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with supplier escalations and forecast management.
• Willingness to travel 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with EE engineering teams to align supplier roadmaps with hardware strategy.
• Secure reliable component supply and favorable terms for production and NPI programs.
• Lead cost analysis and negotiate to meet target costs.
• Own forecast alignment and supplier capacity planning.
• Monitor silicon market trends and risks and translate into category strategies.
