Job summary

Kerry Search Partners is seeking a Category Manager, Finished Goods/OEM for a global medical device manufacturer. You will lead global sourcing strategies for Finished Goods, OEM, and Contract Manufacturing, shaping cost competitiveness and supply continuity.

Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Marketing, manage supplier relationships, drive RFQ/RFPs, negotiations, and continuous improvement across cost, quality, and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Category Management.
• Experience in medical device or regulated industries.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies and category roadmaps for Finished Goods, OEM, and Contract Manufacturing
• Lead supplier segmentation, business reviews, and strategic relationship management
• Drive RFQ/RFP processes, contract negotiations, and cost reduction initiatives
• Own supplier performance management, KPIs, and corrective action programs
• Build business continuity plans and mitigate single-source supply risk
• Partner with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Marketing to support new product launches and commercialization
• Monitor market intelligence and drive continuous improvement across cost, quality, and service

What You'll Do
