In this role, you’ll play a key part in crafting the growth of Chewy’s business by analyzing trends, making data-driven decisions, negotiating with vendors, and getting results in a category that touches millions of pet parents.

This isn’t a regular back-office data job. It’s a frontline business role where you’ll learn to think like an entrepreneur, negotiate like a dealmaker, and use data to drive decisions that develop Chewy’s future. In this program you will gain real ownership, cross-functional exposure, and a foundation to grow into a business leader!

What You’ll Do

• Turn data into strategy: analyze weekly sales and performance metrics to uncover insights and drive action
• Shape the business: recommend and refine promotions, pricing, and profit margin strategies
• Partner with vendors: meet bi-weekly/monthly to solve problems, spot growth opportunities, and negotiate terms and costs
• Drive growth: identify and onboard new products and vendors, expanding Chewy’s assortment
• Deliver results: own analyses and decisions that directly impact your category’s performance

What You’ll Need

• Completion of a BS/BA degree desired
• Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
