Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Senior Source Inspection Manager to develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive PES Source Inspection Program across divisions. You will lead supplier surveillance, ITP reviews, and quality oversight for fabrication, piping, rotating equipment, and electrical systems.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in source inspection or quality management within energy or industrial construction, with strong leadership and knowledge of ASME, API, AWS, and ISO

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in source inspection, supplier quality or related fields.
• Experience in fabrication quality and industrial construction environments.
• Knowledge of codes and standards (ASME, API, AWS, ISO) and quality systems.
• Ability to lead audits, supplier evaluations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the PES Source Inspection Program with procedures and metrics.
• Establish supplier surveillance to ensure compliance with project specs and standards.
• Manage inspections for fabricated equipment, piping, rotating equipment, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate inspections with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Review ITPs, fabrication schedules, and quality documentation.
