Job summary

Primoris Energy Services seeks an Electrical Program Manager (Master Electrician) to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of the company’s electrical program from the Houston office, with travel as needed.

You will ensure NEC, NFPA, OSHA compliance and licensing, mentor electricians, and drive training and apprenticeship programs while coordinating with project teams on electrical scopes across PES projects.

Qualifications

• Active Master Electrician license in Texas and ability to acquire/maintain licenses in all states where PES operates or pursues projects.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical construction, with emphasis on industrial, utility, or power generation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and oversight of PES’s electrical program.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance and constructability.
• Provide technical oversight for electrical scopes and support project managers with troubleshooting and design clarifications.
• Mentor electricians, foremen, and supervisors in PES’s standards and electrical code compliance.
