We are seeking a high-impact, senior-level Sales Solutions Engineer to join our team. This critical role involves shaping revenue strategies and supporting sales in cutting-edge services like SD-WAN, UCaaS, CCaaS, Security, and Cloud Connectivity. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technical leader who can architect solutions, build proposals, and translate technical needs into scalable implementations.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the key technical advisor to Account Executives and Channel Partners, managing the technical aspects of the sales cycle from discovery to implementation.
  • Develop custom network and cloud solutions across various customer verticals.
  • Engage with customers and partners through technical deep-dives, requirements gathering, and whiteboarding sessions.
  • Create sales collateral such as diagrams, solution documents, and presentations.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs, lead demos, and support trials to demonstrate technical fit.
  • Deliver webinars, product trainings, and sales enablement content in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to improve offerings based on field feedback.
  • Support post-sales handoff with documentation and onboarding to ensure smooth transition.
  • Represent AireSpring at industry events and trade shows to promote brand and solutions.
Must-Have Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture in telecom, managed services, or SaaS/SD-WAN environments.
  • Strong relationships with key Technology Solutions Distributors (TSDs) like Telarus, AVANT, Intelisys, among others.
  • Experience designing and supporting solutions with SD-WAN, Firewalls, CPE, WAN technologies, Routing & Switching, SIP Trunking, UCaaS, Cloud platforms, CCaaS, and legacy PSTN support.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Strong documentation, training, and collaboration skills.
  • High ownership, problem-solving, and consultative selling abilities.
  • Ability to work independently remotely while collaborating with dispersed teams.
