Job summary
Snap Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer in New York to develop, scale, and optimize Snap's tools for complex partner needs. You’ll work with Product, Engineering, and Sales to design and deliver technical solutions that drive partner success.
You will build end-to-end systems, work on APIs/SDKs, and surface insights from product usage to deliver new partner-facing capabilities. A strong base in software development and cross-functional collaboration is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field
- 2+ years of post-Bachelor’s software development experience; or Master’s degree +1 year; or PhD in a technical field
Responsibilities
- Develop, scale, and optimize Snap’s tools and solutions to solve complex partner needs
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to design and deliver technical solutions
- Build and improve end-to-end systems and launch-plan strategies
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during partner integrations
- Write clean, high-quality code for APIs, SDKs, and partner-facing tools
- Identify actionable insights from metrics on product usage to improve adoption
