We seek a Solutions Engineer to onboard our customers and partners using BioCatch solutions. This role suits dynamic people with a solid technical background and excellent customer-facing skills.
You will lead implementations and other technical projects in this role, enabling BioCatch anti-fraud solutions for web and mobile applications. The majority of our customers are financial institutions (Banks, Credit Card issuers, etc.) but not only. You'll be working with Executives, Project Managers, and Developers.
At BioCatch, you'll be part of the Solutions and Operations department, which provides all technical services to customers worldwide. This requires a great "can do" attitude, good project management skills, and a solid technical background to overcome integration challenges and issues.
As part of the Solutions Engineering team, you'll also contribute to our documentation, lead workshops, and help improve our processes and practices.
