Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a data analytics professional to design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards across the organization. You will analyze business processes, build ad-hoc reports, and partner with departments to translate requirements into scalable data solutions and robust BI products.

The role requires experience in SQL, Python, and Excel, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work remotely within the United States. Travel up to two times per year may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years of programming experience including SAS, SQL, VB.NET, Oracle or Python and Power BI dashboard development.
• 3+ years of experience in related business analysis.
• Master's degree may substitute for up to 2 years of required experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop ad-hoc reports to conduct data analysis and validation.
• Responsible for Power BI dashboard development, maintenance, and ongoing enhancements.
• Confers with department to analyze procedures and trends and identify problems.
• Recommend technical alternatives to management to meet organizational goals.
• Research, evaluate and assess financial impact of issues identified in data/processes.
• Troubleshoot and maintain systems and applications, optimizing performance.
