Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a data analytics professional to design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and ad-hoc reports for the US operation. You will analyze business processes, test solutions with end users, and help optimize data systems for better decision making.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, and Excel, plus the ability to work remotely within the United States and occasionally travel up to two times per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Experience in technical data analysis and system design
• Master's degree may be considered in lieu of some experience (not to exceed 2 years)

Responsibilities

• Develop ad-hoc reports for data analysis and validation
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards
• Analyze procedures and trends to identify problems
• Perform business analysis and recommend technical solutions
• Research and assess financial impact of issues identified in data/processes
• Support, troubleshoots, and maintains systems and applications
• Automate processing or improve existing business systems
• Create multiuser, real-time database solutions
• Serve as content expert in requirements solicitation, system analysis, design, documentation
• Monitor and report project status; identify issues and implement corrective actions
• Perform other duties
