Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support IAM solutions for enterprise customers.
• Implement and manage identity platforms including Ping Identity, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and similar technologies.
• Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA), Federation, and Identity Governance solutions.
• Integrate IAM platforms with cloud, SaaS, on‑premises, and custom applications.
• Assist customers with identity modernization, Zero Trust initiatives, and access management strategies.
• Conduct discovery sessions, gather requirements, and develop solution recommendations.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and provisioning issues across complex environments.
• Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Collaborate with sales teams during pre‑sales engagements by providing technical expertise and solution guidance.
• Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, IAM technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management, or Security Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with one or more IAM platforms such as:

• Experience implementing and supporting:
• Single Sign‑On (SSO)

• Experience supporting cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with customers and stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working for a VAR, systems integrator, managed services provider, or consulting organization.
• Exposure to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies.
