Qualifications

• Hands-on experience integrating or supporting external partners on REST APIs.
• Fluent with curl, Postman, or similar, and comfortable debugging JSON payloads and request/response flows.
• Strong, structured troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in Python or Java and SQL.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with AI tools to speed up troubleshooting, documentation, and support.

Responsibilities

• Guide onboarding of partners and content delivery, resolving schema or hierarchy issues.
• Develop targeted scripting, internal tools, and runbooks to streamline remediation and observability.
• Educate stakeholders and partners on platform capabilities and integration guides.
• Serve as primary technical escalation post-launch and tune observability.
• Identify recurring friction points and ship small, high-leverage improvements.
