Kernel is building fast, open source browser infrastructure for AI agents. We collaborate with developers to design production-ready systems, focusing on discoveries, solution design, and end-to-end customer success from demo to production.

This role lives at the intersection of sales, engineering, and product; you’ll influence roadmaps through direct customer feedback and serve as the primary technical contact for strategic accounts, ensuring smooth transitions from demos to live deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role
• Strong engineering foundation and ability to read/write code
• Experience owning a technical sales motion
• Able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences without losing precision
• Love creating demos that help developers understand what's possible
• Experience driving complex, cross-functional deals from first call to go-live
• High tolerance for ambiguity in evolving customer scenarios
• Experience building with AI agents, MCP servers, or LLM-integrated workflows

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales motion alongside the founders: discovery, demos, solution design, and closing
• Architect customers' production systems: CUA agents, browser automations, web agents, and related systems
• Debug integration issues across the SDK, MCP server, browser automation edge cases, and customer code
• Champion customer requirements internally and collaborate with engineering to close gaps between current functionality and customer needs
• Contribute to technical content like integration guides
