Job summary

Kizen is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer to join our NYC team. This in-person role collaborates with client technical teams to drive pre-sales success and deliver production-ready solutions using our AI-first platform.

You will own technical architecture, lead end-to-end implementations, and work closely with enterprise clients across regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare, and financial services. The position emphasizes hands-on delivery and rapid, reliable deployments.

Qualifications

5+ years in SaaS implementation, solution delivery, or hands-on technical consulting.
Experience leading pre-sales activities with enterprise clients.
Strong API, data integration and data modeling capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own the technical architecture of client solutions and reconcile business, technical, and data requirements.
Lead end-to-end technical implementation: configure, integrate, test, and iterate on the platform.
Transform client needs into scalable, low-code solutions on the Kizen platform.
Guide clients through deployment from kickoff to go-live and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with client development teams on integration design and data flow.
