Our client is a rapidly scaling technology company building AI Agents that are able to run their customers entire back office across all functions, including voice, SMS & email, allowing their clients to focus on doing what they do best, deliver for their customers. They've seen huge demand for the product and have scaled to over $1BN revenue running through the platform in record time.

To support increased demand, they’re seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering, debugging, and hands‑on customer work.

THE FORWARD DEPLOYED ENGINEER ROLE

In this role, you’ll work deeply with customer data, workflows, and success metrics to build and maintain production‑ready AI agents. You’ll diagnose issues, refine prompt strategies, improve behavior based on real‑world conversations, and code high‑ROI fixes or integrations that unlock value quickly. You’ll also help develop reusable components and patterns that make future deployments faster and more reliable.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or full‑stack development
• SQL proficiency and comfort with light frontend engineering
• Ability to debug across ML behavior, APIs, edge cases, and workflow integrations
• Action‑oriented mindset with a bias for shipping
• Excellent communication skills with a customer‑first attitude
• Bonus: early‑stage startup experience or building automations/agents
