Job summary

MNTN is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a critical technical liaison between the company and its strategic partners. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll be a critical technical liaison between MNTN and its strategic integration partners. You'll lead technical discovery and architecture conversations, provide hands-on data analysis and troubleshooting, and ensure seamless implementation of integrations with MNTN's platform. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of engineering, partnerships, and product. If owning solutions end-to-end, driving strategic partner integrations, and bridging the gap between technical discovery and business outcomes energizes you, we'd love to have you on our team.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the technical point of contact between MNTN and integration partners, owning solution design, implementation strategy, and long-term support models.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to assess partner capabilities and integration paths.
• Analyze data flows, troubleshoot issues, and build proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate integration strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to translate partner requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.
• Provide post-integration support and optimization recommendations to partners and internal teams.
• Create and maintain documentation for partner integrations, internal systems, and best practices.
• Represent MNTN in technical discussions with external stakeholders, including enterprise clients and software partners.
• Identify areas of process improvement, automation, and innovation across partner onboarding and integration workflows.
  
  

What You'll Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a related role supporting technical partner integrations.
• Deep understanding of web technologies, RESTful APIs, data exchange formats (JSON, XML), and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SAML).
• Proficiency in working with large datasets, ETL pipelines, and/or BI/analytics tools.
• Demonstrated background in systems architecture and integration design patterns (e.g., pub/sub, webhooks, batch processing).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, partner-driven environment.
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid environments and using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git.
• Preferred: Experience working with SaaS, martech, or adtech platforms is highly preferred.
