Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Solutions Delivery Manager to lead the ATMS program, coordinating delivery, operations, maintenance, and enhancement across multidisciplinary teams. You will oversee budgets, staffing, risk, and stakeholder engagement while driving client satisfaction and growth.

The role requires senior-level communication and deep technical integration expertise. You will liaise with transportation agencies and strategic customers, guiding teams spanning software, infrastructure, and field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience delivering complex technology programs.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience managing technical and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery teams across the ATMS program made up of business analysts, project managers and technical specialists.
• Manage project execution, budget performance, staffing, and resource planning.
• Oversee delivery, maintenance, upgrades, support, and recovery efforts for the ATMS program.
• Provide leadership for project risk management, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.
• Act as senior client liaison for transportation agencies and strategic customers.
• Coordinate with teams spanning project management, software development, infrastructure, networking, databases, operations, support, and field technologies.
• Drive operational excellence through workflows, reporting, and tool utilization including Jira and service management platforms.
• Support business growth initiatives through solution innovation and client relationship development.
