Job summary

OpenText is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to partner with Sales, Services, and partners across European accounts, translating client needs into OpenText DevOps Cloud (ADM) solutions. You will lead discovery, shape value propositions, and demonstrate business impact through demos and tailored architectures.

Role requires 5+ years in ADM or equivalent, strong SDLC and DevOps practices, and the ability to travel. Bachelor's in CS/Engineering is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise ADM or similar technology.
• Solid SDLC knowledge and DevOps, testing, and automation practices.
• Strong communication skills for technical and C-level audiences.

• Qualify opportunities for ALM Octane, Functional Testing, Performance Engineering, and ValueEdge within ADM portfolio.
• Lead client discovery and design solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Deliver customized demos, executive presentations, and high-quality proposals (RFP/RFI/RFQ).
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Delivery teams to win opportunities and transition projects smoothly.
• Support evaluations with PoCs, best practices, and technical guidance as a DevOps advisor.

As a Senior Solutions Consultant at OpenText, you will partner with Sales, Services, and strategic partners across European accounts to translate client needs into compelling OpenText DevOps Cloud (ADM - Application Delivery Management) solutions. You will lead discovery, shape value propositions, and demonstrate business impact through tailored demos, architectures, and business cases that drive confident buying decisions.

What The Role Offers

• Qualify opportunities for ALM Octane, Functional Testing, Performance Engineering, and the ValueEdge platform. Please note these solutions are part of the Application Delivery Management (ADM) portfolio.


• Lead client discovery and design solutions across on-premises and cloud environments, including modernization and lift-and-shift initiatives.


• Deliver customized demos, executive presentations, and high-quality proposals (RFP/RFI/RFQ).


• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Delivery teams to win opportunities and transition projects smoothly.


• Support evaluations with proofs of concept (PoCs), best practices, and technical guidance while acting as a trusted DevOps advisor.

What You Need To Succeed

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise Application Delivery Management (ADM) or equivalent technology, with proven pre-sales ability to understand and analyze clients' needs and identify, develop, and present appropriate solutions in on-premises or cloud environments.


• Solid SDLC knowledge and DevOps, testing, and automation best practices.


• Strong communication skills for technical and C-level audiences.


• Proven client success and solution-win track record.


• Willingness to travel.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
