Job summary

Chainlink Labs is seeking a senior technical account manager to lead strategic relationships with enterprise clients globally. You will interpret complex requirements, match Chainlink solutions to needs, and guide deployments from discovery through PoCs and deployment.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, deliver customer-ready demonstrations, and troubleshoot integration issues while aligning with remote, cross-timezone collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical account management across large accounts.
• 2+ years in RWA/tokenised assets or DApps and blockchain tech.

Requirements

• Computer science or technical background with at least 5 years of extensive technical account and relationship management experience across large, complex account structures and the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels and functions of an organisation
• With 2+ years working in RWA/tokenised assets environments and/or experience working with decentralised applications (DApps), smart contracts, and blockchain technology
• Strong technical understanding - Ability to read and comprehend code (e.g. Solidity/Rust/MOVE) and navigate large-scale software development projects
• Performing technical discovery qualification with prospective users
• Making architectural recommendations for Chainlink solutions
• Experience troubleshooting technical configuration issues
• Pre-Sales technology solutions experience with the ability to deliver Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and can confidently run product demos

Preferred Qualifications

• Business acumen and experience driving commercial negotiations
• Confidence in speaking with clients
• Customer success experience with mission-critical software products
• Cares deeply about the success of users and their optimal use of Chainlink
• With a solid understanding or experience in the Solana ecosystem
