You will set vision, guide methods, and drive modernization decisions while engaging with senior Government stakeholders to deliver scalable, mission‑aligned representations.

The role requires 12+ years in systems engineering and advanced MBSE skills, with a TS/SCI clearance and proven leadership in multi‑disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline; active TS/SCI clearance.
• 12+ years of experience in systems engineering, enterprise architecture, or modeling large complex environments.
• Proven leadership in designing and validating enterprise‑level architecture frameworks.
• Expert‑level proficiency with MBSE methodologies and tools (SysML, UML, digital twins, graph‑based modeling).
• Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and present to senior decision‑makers.
• Experience preparing executive‑level technical documentation and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as chief architect for NGAME™, establishing modeling vision, standards, and long‑term strategy.
• Lead enterprise‑level analyses, trade studies, resilience assessments, and infrastructure evaluations.
• Integrate cybersecurity, acquisition, and mission‑support perspectives into unified architectures.
• Shape executive briefings and analytical outputs for senior Government leadership.
• Direct and mentor senior, mid‑level, and junior architects to ensure modeling discipline.
• Oversee data integration, validation, and configuration management across NGAME™.
• Engage with Government stakeholders to refine requirements and align modernization goals.
• Guide demonstrations and capability assessments to show NGAME™ contributions.
