Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to bridge product strategy with large-scale customer deployment. You will architect scalable AI infrastructure, support hyperscaler engagements, and provide deep technical guidance across engineering, product, and sales teams.

You will lead hardware/software demos, analyze deployment data, and help drive design wins with CSPs and OEMs, leveraging NVIDIA GPUs and related software libraries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in high-tech electronics, system design or tech customer support.
• Ability to analyze logs and deployment data to guide issue resolution.
• Excellent written and oral English communication, able to collaborate with eng and mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale high-performance distributed AI infrastructure on-prem or cloud.
• Support sales to secure design wins as a technical specialist on GPU/networking products.
• Provide onsite technical support to solve hardware/software issues for deep learning inference.
• Analyze deployment data/logs to assess product health and guide customers to resolution.
• Build technical solutions including demos and system designs for customers.
• Deliver technical and sales training to direct sales teams and channel partners.
• Cultivate technical relationships with engineers and architects at key accounts.
