Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to drive strategic product deployments from launch to scale across global hyperscale customers. You will bridge product strategy with large-scale customer deployments, architect high‑performance AI infrastructure, and provide deep technical support to secure design wins.

The role requires hands-on system design, experience with datacenter platforms, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or other Engineering fields or equivalent experience.
8+ years of work experience in high-tech electronics, system design, or technical customer support.
Technical ability to analyze logs and deployment data to guide customer resolutions.
Excellent written and verbal English communication, with collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

Architect and scale high-performance, distributed AI infrastructure on-prem or in cloud for customers.
Serve as a technical specialist for GPU and networking products to support design wins.
Provide on-site support to solve complex hardware/software problems, focusing on deep learning inference.
Analyze deployment data and logs to assess health and guide customers to resolution of blockers.
Build technical solutions including demos and sample system designs.
Deliver technical and sales training to direct sales and channel partners.
