What we are looking for:

We seek a Technical Senior Solutions Architect to join our Federal Sales Team. Location preference: Washington D.C. Metro Area

What you will be doing:

As a pre-sales senior solutions architect at Semperis, you’ll be a key member of our Federal pursuit team, collaborating with sales, engineering, and business development to deliver security and identity products. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting product demonstrations online and in-person, and leading technical presentations.
  2. Performing proof of concept installations directly with customers.
  3. Collaborating with Sales to develop strategies and identify new product opportunities.
  4. Utilizing consultative selling to address customer pain points related to directory services.
  5. Conveying technical requirements and feedback between customers and engineering teams.
  6. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
  7. Designing technical solutions aligned with customer goals.
  8. Partnering with sales to develop requirements documents, proposals, and ROI models, coordinating with support teams to meet sales objectives.
  9. Maintaining expertise on Semperis products and emerging industry trends.
  10. Willingness to travel as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Preferred: Existing Top Secret Security Clearance.
  • Residing in the Washington D.C. metro area.
  • 5-10 years of experience in enterprise IT or software.
  • Deep knowledge of Active Directory, managing environments of at least 10,000 users.
  • Awareness of identity/access management and infosec products.
  • Knowledge of Azure AD and Office 365 is a plus.
  • Experience with customer demos and proofs of concept.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; technical degrees or equivalent experience are acceptable.
Preferred, but not required:
  • Infosec experience.
  • Identity and Access Management experience.
  • Experience representing a company at public events.
