Databricks is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to lead the most strategic customer engagements for the Digital Native Business. You will own executive relationships, drive consumption strategy, and serve as the definitive technical authority for your accounts.

You will mentor junior SAs, orchestrate cross-functional teams (DSAs, SSAs, Partners, Product), and guide enterprise-scale migrations, real-time systems, and AI/ML at scale.

Formación

• Expert-level coding proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark/PySpark.
• Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture and real-time data processing.
• Ability to influence Directors, VPs, and C-level stakeholders.
• Proven track record in driving consumption growth and platform adoption.
• Experience leading complex enterprise evaluation and migrations.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, or quantitative field.
