Job summary

Everforth ECS in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead complex technical initiatives across AI/ML, ISR, Big Data/Cloud, and secure infrastructure. You will provide architectural leadership, define roadmaps, and deliver mission-critical solutions for government environments.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, extensive enterprise architecture and systems integration experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel CONUS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 12+ years of related experience, or a Master’s with 10+ years.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph requirements.
• Extensive experience in Intelligence Community and/or DoD programs.
• Experience architecting and integrating enterprise-level solutions.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong background in enterprise architecture, secure infrastructure, cloud tech, and containerized environments.
• Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker and virtualization.
• Ability to translate mission requirements into scalable solutions.
• Experience working with senior government customers and partners.
• Strong cybersecurity and information assurance knowledge for classified DoD/IC environments.
• Proven ability to lead from requirements to deployment and sustainment.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategies, architectures and roadmaps for complex programs.
• Lead enterprise hardware strategies and asset lifecycle management.
• oversee testing, validation, and zero-defect delivery.
• Direct IA and cybersecurity compliance tracking and reporting.
• Communicate with executive stakeholders and clients on system performance and incidents.
• Own management of timelines, SLAs and multi-site deployments.
• Align ECS product development with business unit objectives.
• Champion technical training standards and workforce development.
• Drive growth initiatives and capability scaling across the unit.
• Mentor team members and client personnel on best practices.
