Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to lead complex technical initiatives in Fairfax, VA. You will shape architectures and roadmaps for AI/ML, ISR, Big Data/Cloud, and secure infrastructure, working with government stakeholders, technical teams, and program leadership.

The role demands extensive enterprise experience, strong leadership, and the ability to deliver secure, mission-critical solutions across multiple environments. Travel within CONUS is common as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience or Master's with 10+ years.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph ability.
• Extensive experience in IC/DoD programs and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategies, architectures, and roadmaps for complex initiatives.
• Lead architectural design across programs, customers, and mission environments.
• Drive hardware strategy and enterprise-wide deployment governance.
• Ensure IA, cybersecurity, and compliance across systems.
• Communicate with executives and stakeholders on system performance and incident resolutions.
• Manage multi-site deployments, SLAs, and delivery timelines.
• Align ECS product development roadmaps with business objectives.
• Champion training standards to elevate technical workforce.
• Identify and apply emerging technologies to customer requirements.
• Lead efforts from requirements through sustainment.
