SMX is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to drive architecture and delivery across government and commercial programs. The role focuses on leading design, governance, and customer engagements while aligning development efforts with strategic priorities.
You will mentor teams, stay abreast of new tools and practices, and contribute to proposal efforts and new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; commensurate experience considered.
- At least 10 years in corporate or government solutions environments.
- Experience as a Solution Architect with full life-cycle customer implementations.
- Proven ability to lead architecture and design across complex programs.
- Expertise with DevSecOps, cloud operations and modern IT practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead design of solutions to support business functions and client requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teammates.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for software applications.
- Document and analyze software requirements, timelines and work plans.
- Provide regular project status updates to clients and leadership.
- Lead research and design in development and testing of new tools.
