VT Group (VTG) is seeking a Solutions Architect for our Virginia Beach location. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design comprehensive technical solutions tailored for the Defense and Intelligence community.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in business and proposal development, with proven expertise in Cloud migration and Systems Engineering. A Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required, with a preference for a Master’s.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in the Defense and Intelligence community.
• Proven expertise in IT, Systems Engineering, Cloud migration, and software development.
• Strong understanding of government RFP processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Design end-to-end solutions for proposals in Defense and Intelligence.
• Lead the development of technical proposals and cost estimation.
• Provide technical guidance during proposal processes.
